Luca Gnan, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata where he currently teaches “Organizational Dynamics and Behaviour”. His research interests mainly lie in the field of corporate and public governance, family businesses, organization design and behavior.

Antonio Chirico, Ph.D., is Associate Professor in Business Administration, University of Rome, “Tor Vergata” where he currently teaches “Managerial Accounting”. His research interests mainly lie in the field of accounting; governance and control of public administration, banks and financial intermediaries; financial statement and performance analysis of enterprises and groups.

Alessandro Hinna, PhD., is Assistant Professor of Organisational Studies at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where he currently teaches “Organisation and change management in Public Administration”. His research interest mainly lie in the field of governance in public and non profit organisations.
 

Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Rome Tor Vergata where she currently teaches “Service management”. Her research interests mainly lie in the field of local public utilities, service management and corporate governance.
