On behalf of the European Academy of Management (EURAM), I would like to invite you to exhibit and participate at the 10th Euram Annual Conference which is hosted by the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” from 19 to 22 May 2010.

Exhibitor setup is scheduled for the morning of 19 May 2009 and the Exhibitor Area will be open to delegates from 3:00 pm through to 22 May. The theme for the conference is “Back to the Future”; in excess of 600 attendees are expected. We hope that your organization would benefit significantly from exhibiting at this event.

Besides the opportunity to exhibit, you are also invited to serve as a conference sponsor. One table-top stand at the conference will include:

• One 6 ft (180 cm) trestle table plus 2 chairs
• Area to display roll up banner stands, pop up displays and shelves 
• 1 pass for a stand manager (to include refreshments and lunch) 
• Your company logo on the exhibitor area of the conference website 
• Your company logo included in the conference brochure
   

All stands are located in the same building as the conference activities in an area where participants will be passing through many times a day,

Fees
Per booth (to include registration fees of Stand Manager) € 1200
Additional stand representatives € 500 per person
