* Only applies to PhD students who must provide a letter from their supervisor confirming their status at the same time as their registration. Please do not register before sent you have your document sent to Luisa Jaffé (luisa.jaffe@eiasm.be)!
The registration fee covers:
- Admission to all academic sessions
- EURAM Membership fee for the calendar year 2011, i.e. commencing 1 January 2011. (Payment of this fee is required for attendance at the EURAM Conference)
- Handout materials and information package
- Tea / coffee breaks throughout the conference
- Conference lunches
- Welcome reception
- Social events included in the conference program (the Gala Dinner is not included)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made by 1st April 2010: reimbursement of 50% of the conference fee
Cancellations made after 1st April 2010: NO reimbursement
